We are recruiting for a range of titles; the successful candidates will be placed in the appropriate job title based on qualifications.
Basic Responsibilities
This position is part of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team supporting Team PUD. In this opportunity, will learn and provide support for the operation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with specific focus on administering data for employee changes and payroll. For success in this position, you will ensure confidentiality of employee data and reporting which is complete and accurate within established parameters and are delivered within agreed upon timeframes. Candidates should have good organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities, curiosity to problem solve, and a continual improvement focus to find efficiencies in HR business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Human Resources Associate
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field; OR
- Two (2) years experience working in a Human Resources
Human Resources Administrator
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, and two (2) years directly related work experience in multiple (2 or more) HR disciplines (e.g. Staffing, Compensation, ) OR
- Four (4) years directly related work experience in multiple (2 or more) HR disciplines (e.g. Staffing, Compensation, )
