Ami Vedder, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategy, engagement, and compliance in highly matrixed environments. She has served as SCHRA chapter Secretary since 2023 and leads U.S. HR operations for a global nutritional supplement manufacturer. Ami is known for her down-to-earth, collaborative approach to culture-building, with a focus on engagement through communication, leadership development, and inclusive practices.
