General Summary and Purpose:
The HR Systems and Data Manager is a core team member of the HR Department. This position is responsible planning and directing the strategy and ongoing administration of the HR Systems, Applications and HR platforms to support short- and long-term organizational goals. Will work closely with HR, Finance and IT departments on system implementations and reporting needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Serves as the subject matter expert and technical point of contact for HRIS and HR systems
  •  Plan and Implement new HRIS system. Perform comprehensive analysis on current systems to determine criteria for selecting a new HRIS. Evaluate potential systems, gather information from key stakeholders within HR and Finance to make selection and implement new system.
  • Ongoing maintenance and administration of HRIS. Stays up-to-date on new system releases and versions.
  •  Develop standard reports. Compile complex data reports, summaries or logs requested by HR, Finance, Payroll or Sr Leaders and Auditors.
  •  Analyze and validate data regularly to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and ensure smooth communication between HRIS and other software applications.
  •  Set up and become technically knowledgeable about other HR applications. This includes EDI feeds working correctly across platforms.
  • Ensure HR technology issues are resolved timely. Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues when needed.
  • Research new technologies as HR needs arise.
  • Document system configuration, write HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Manager permission, access and similar system operations and settings for team members.

Job Requirements:

    •  Prior experience leading large and complex global projects including system implementation.
    • Excellent analytical skills with very high attention to detail and ability to produce high quality results.
    •  Excellent communication skills with demonstrated strength at building internal relationships.
    •  Strong problem-solving skills with ability to find root cause of issues and provide appropriate resolution.
    •  Demonstrated ability to negotiate to a solution of many stakeholder needs into a single recommendation.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze, translate and present data to a variety of different audiences and skill levels.
    • Ability to demonstrate functional knowledge of key HR business processes (employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, payroll and supporting operations)
    •  Ability to provide a high level of customer service while functioning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    •  SOX control design and operational compliance experience.
      Job Specifications:
    •  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or another analytical/technical field
      or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years progressive HRIS experience supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems.
    • System implementation experience required.

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is  $99,500 – $159,200  (yr).  Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks.  Individual pay within a level is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, education, and training.
