The Human Resources Manager will be future-focused and adept at gauging upcoming workforce needs and proactively developing strategies to ensure Community Transit can continue to accomplish its business goals and deliver results for employees and the communities they serve. This position manages human resources and labor relations staff, works with legal advisors on regulatory issues and advises internal customers.
