The world of work is experiencing unprecedented challenges that impacts our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  As HR Professionals in the age of COVID-19 we have intensified our workload,  planned for uncertainty, and become experts on CDC guidelines and law changes all while being the calm in the storm.  It’s been a lot. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed and need to reinstate self-care practices to prioritize our health and wellness.  It’s more critical than ever for our HR community to take care of ourselves and each other as the pandemic continues to impact our professional and personal lives.  SCHRA is here as your community.  Our presenter’s good health messages and self-care practices will be easy to implement and will add a huge does of energy and vitality to your day.

 

Deborah Enos, Certified Nutritionist, also know known as “The One-Minute Wellness Coach” is one of the most popular wellness coaches on the West Coast. Getting and staying healthy should be easy. Deborah pares down her good-health messages into simple nuggets that can beneficially impact lives in 60 seconds or less. Her advice is something that may add a couple of minutes to your daily routine but will add a huge dose of energy and vitality to your day.

Deborah serves as a board member of the American Heart Association. She has appeared on NBC, ABC and FOX News, and has been featured in The Costco Connection, Parade Magazine, Self Magazine, Good Housekeeping and USA Today.

Deborah is the author of the popular book Weight a Minute! Transform Your Health in 60 Seconds a Day. Her unique and easy-to-read book supplies busy people with quick, accurate and accessible tips that offer lasting health benefits to our overly scheduled lives.
