Taking a Deep Dive into the Generational Gap – Millennials
Millennials (Gen Y) have surpassed Baby Boomers as the nation’s largest living generation, according to population estimates released in April 2016 by the U.S. Census Bureau. The work environment is changing rapidly, and millennials have the upper hand because they are tech savvy. They were born with every gadget imaginable right at their fingertips. This generation can multitask, talk, walk, listen, type, and text – partially all at the same time. So how do we manage them? And how do we embrace who they are and incorporate it into the work culture for the betterment of our business? This class will tackle some of these complex questions and provide guidance on how to best to work with this very unique generation.
