Yvette Lee, SHRM-SCP, is an HR Knowledge Advisor at SHRM, the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 300,000 members in more than 165 countries. Yvette possesses over 25 years of human resources experience. Her expertise includes talent management, benefits, compensation, diversity, employee relations, ethics and compliance, and employee development. An author of several articles in HR Magazine on a variety of HR topics, Yvette holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Virginia. She enjoys spending time with her family and doing community service.
Crystal Granger found herself in benefits and compensation after graduating from Portland State University in 2016. Still early in her career, she hopes to continue actively participating in SHRM’s Young Professional Advisory Council, which provides her a range of HR opportunities like this. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and spending time with her partner and pup.
Daryl Muhammad, SHRM-CP, is an HR leader and business partner for Spire. With over 20 years of experience in the HR profession, Daryl has worked in a variety of industries, including entertainment, non-profit, civil engineering and, currently, energy. He serves as chairman of the board for St. Charles County Workforce Development and is director of diversity and inclusion for the SHRM Missouri State Council. Daryl is a longtime member of SHRM, has earned the SHRM-CP and previously served on the board of directors for SHRM’s Executive Network, HR People + Strategy. He is an impactful HR professional utilizing his attitude and thought leadership to encourage others to succeed. Daryl is inspired daily by his wife and 5-year-old son. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit and watching Marvel comic book– inspired movies.
